Sautéed Broccoli Recipe

A very delectable side dish made with broccoli
Yield: 6    Preparation Time:     Cooking Time: 15 minutes
An easy to make broccoli side dish that is great served with roast meats.


750g (2 broccoli heads) cut into florets
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

Recipe Instructions

Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 4 minutes until al dente. Drain well.

Put the olive oil and garlic into a frying pan over a medium heat. As soon as the garlic begins to sizzle and color, add the broccoli. Toss for 1-2 minutes.

Taste and serve.
