Ingredients
3 - 4 florets of cauliflower
3 - 4 florets of broccoli
2 medium-sized potatoes
Recipe Instructions
Prepare the vegetables.
Wash the potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower. Peel the potatoes and chop the broccoli and cauliflower florets into even-sized pieces.
Cook.
Bring an inch of water to the boil in a saucepan. When boiling, add the potatoes and cook covered for 10 minutes. Add the cauliflower and broccoli and cook for another 10 minutes. When all the vegetables are tender, remove from the stove and allow to cool.
Mash.
Using a fork or potato masher, mash the vegetables into a smooth consistency.
